"Even though we had to wait for our room to be ready when we arrived and the pool was down for servicing and our tv didn't work, the staff worked to get us in, replaced the tv and had the pool running the next day. Once I sent an email in regards to the issues we were experiencing they supplied us with a food voucher to compensate us. This helped us enjoy the amazing pool and hot tub with the great service from the pub. We felt like we were on a Mexican vacation in Calgary. The premium rooms are small but are nicely updated. Will defiantly be back."
