Our stay started off poorly when the staff couldn’t locate our reservation. Once it was eventually found, we were handed our room keys without any explanation or information about the hotel. It felt disorganized and unwelcoming.
The room itself was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were great. Breakfast was delicious, and the bar staff provided excellent customer service. We didn’t use the other amenities on this visit, but we’ve stayed here before and they’ve always been great — which made this experience even more disappointing.
Checkout was also frustrating. When I asked for a receipt, I was initially charged more than the confirmed room rate. After some back and forth, it was corrected, but combined with the check-in issues, it made for a poor overall experience, especially considering our past stays have always been positive.
