**BED BUGS!!**We stayed here one night and and 2 of the bedrooms were completely infested with bed bugs!! My mom was getting bit so badly at night that she had to shower and then try to sleep on the couch. They were everywhere!When I brought this to the owners attention she offered to refund our second night. I explained that we needed a full refund because we were now all infested with bed bugs and had to not only deal with all of that but go find another place to stay. She hung up on me, and even when provided with pictures, she tried to claim that the photos were fake and that I was making this up. She said that they had an exterminator come 2 days before and checked that the house was clean and we were wrong. Two things-1: if there were no issues at the house, why would you have an exterminator there?2: it’s time to get a new exterminator This was the most obvious and disgusting infestation. After spending about 2 hours on the phone with VRBO, and the owner claiming I was making this up, the only option to prove my side was to leave the event I had traveled here for in the first place and take a video of the house and the infestation. Once they saw the video and the photos it was clear that the property owner was full of crap. I will be reporting this place to the health department ASAP.
