Casa Vanness is located in Cabo San Lucas on the beautiful marina with a nice rooftop pool. Large open 646SF studio that faces marina, fully renovated suite w/a very comfy king bed & fold out futon. You can walk to safe swimmable Medano Beach & downtown (Cabo Wabo, Squid Roe,& more). Condo is in Marina Cabo Plaza next to new Breathless Resort and directly across from The Hacienda (high end property) which are both on Medano Beach, safe swimmable beach. We have (3) Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs, TB umbrella and coolers. You can walk most everywhere!
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Very Noisy and overpriced

The location for this property is extremely convenient and we loved that. The beach is about a five minute walk as well as mall and different places to eat all in close distance. The beach is nice but not relaxing as many peddlers every couple minutes. Could have been the time of year we went. Keep in mind no elevators and you have to hike your luggage up a couple flights of stairs. This was a an old studio that reeked of chemical cleaning solutions and heavy laundry detergent permeated throughout the studio. You can hear the partying until around 3am and then the fisherman come in at about 5:30am with loud music /conversations and you can hear everything from outside. There are so many other options for a better price.
