We have travelled all over the world and this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. It is superb. Arrived by train from Munich and was greeted by excellent staff - it does make all the difference when you are tired!! The hotel can be reached by metro from the railway station (Lehel Ter - and then a 400 metre walk via exit C on the left) for around £1, and saves usuing taxis. The rooms are massive, with every mod con you could ask for - washer, dishwasher, cooker and microwave, and all newly installed. A small balcony overlooked the road beside Aldi, and it was great fun sitting in the sun watching the Hungarians fight over parking spaces when going shopping. The breakfast were excellent, and there is a small bar in which you can have food, or have it sent to your room. There is a large swimming pool, a fitness room and extensive gardens with chairs and sun beds. A great place to relax after a hard day in the city. The hotel is about a 40 minutes walk from the bridge to the castle area if you walk, passing the Parliament buidings along the banks of the Dona. The metro is there if you need it. If ever we return to Budapest we would only stay in this hotel as it is fabulous value for money, especially when there is an Aldi opposite to buy cheap beer and wine!! Oh and food!!

Thanks to all of the staff at the Adina for making our stay so enjoyable. The apartment was maintained to a high standard and everbody working there was especially helpful. Good facilities with a decent size pool and gym. Breakfast is pretty basic, wouldn't bother with it as there is an Aldi supermarket around the corner. Good location - about 5 minutes walk to Lehal Ter metro and a couple of buses stop nearby too. Certainly a good choice, would definitely stay here again.

Based in a quiet area with easy access to all sights, either on foot or by metro. The apartments are spacious with all the facilities you need and spotlessly clean.Staff on reception are exceptional, nothing is too much trouble.Has an added bonus of large indoor swimming pool and we'll equipped gym.A good choice of restaurants with in easy access and a lovely market minutes away if you perfect to cater for your self.

This was a great place to base myself for my five days in Budapest. The room was really comfortable for relaxing after a day exploring. There was a kitchenette which was good for light meals. I used it for breakfast but there is a breakfast option at the hotel at extra costs. Aldi is just nearby for croissant, yoghurt and fruit, if you want to save some money. The metro is about 5 minute walk away so it's easy to get where you want to go. I used the laundry (byo detergent from Aldi) which was really handy for mid trip washing. There didn't look to be many dinner options within the immediate vicinity of the hotel but an abundant 3 metro stops away (Deak Ter). I would recommend this place to stay if you have a few days. If you only have 1-3 days, you might want to be based in the thick of it.

We chose this hotel as we have previously stayed at the Adina in Berlin and was impressed by that hotel. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area around 5 minutes’ walk from the River and Margaret Island. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment that had a separate living area, kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom and a separate toilet. The kitchen was fully equipped (even a dishwasher) if you want to cook and eat in the apartment. The bathroom also had a washing machine. The staff were efficient, polite and helpful on the reception and breakfast room. The breakfast had a good choice of hot, cold dishes and drinks. Drinks are also available in the reception area all day. The hotel has a swimming pool, gym & garden. There is an Aldi store just around the corner which is very convenient. If we visit Budapest again (most likely as we enjoyed the city) we will stay at the Adina.

The rooms are a descent size for long term stays. It is walking distance to west end shopping. There is a supermarket across the street. Quiet neighborhood. Train station is nearby. tram and subway is also close

My husband and I stayed here over Easter weekend. We had delious breakfast on Easter morning. Swam in the pool ,relaxed in the steam room or hot tub after a day of sightseeing. The apartment was clean and provided everything we needed to make meals . The supermarket is just around the corner. There is also a fruit and veg market near by . Couldn't have asked for a nicer place . Thank you Adina staff Michele and Gordon Finlayson

After much research we decided to book with Adina Apartment Hotel in Budapest, Hungary. This was a first trip to Budapest and because we had stayed in an Adina in Berlin, Germany a year ago, we felt comfortable with knowing what to expect with this choice. Our only concern was the location - the more northern part of Budapest which is less commercial and touristy and we were afraid we were too far away from sights. The location turned out to be terrific. There was an Aldi Market around the corner where we could get all needed in beer, wine and food. We were able to walk two blocks to the Leher subway station which is at the Leher Market ( a large indoor farmers market). We found the subway system to be extremely fast and efficient to take us anywhere from the Castle to the Great Central Market. The Adina staff spoke good English and were pleasant and helpful with directions and suggestions. As it was our anniversary trip, the staff had provided a sparkling wine in our room to welcome us. This was most appreciated. Our one bedroom apartment was very spacious with separate bedroom, shower/bath room and separate toilet room, kitchenette and dining/living room space. Our room overlooked the courtyard in back and had a small balcony with chairs to sit outside. The apartment is cleaned daily and serviced for replacing towels and some coffee/tea. It felt like luxury on our reasonable budget. We also had room service one night which is provided by a local restaurant to the hotel and it was fast, hot and good tasting. The area has some great restaurants within walking distance. Adina also has a beautiful pool, sauna/steam rooms, and exercise room. Because we were on an extensive 4 week travel in Europe, we really appreciated the clothes washer. We wish there were more Adina Aparthotels in other areas as it would always be our first choice.

Very nice Apartment Hotel in convenient location. Both the Tram and Metro stations are a five minute walk away and the the main attractions along the quays such as the Parliament etc are easily accessible. The rooms were very clean and modern and the staff were efficient and friendly

Great hotel, a room with everything you need available. The room is large, verly clean. Fabulous breakfast and friendly personel at the desk. Nearly 5 minutes walk to the metro. The hotel has also an excellent roomservice. We really can't say a negative thing :-).
