Awesome location!

Stayed here for girls weekend with my Mom, Sisters and Niece. Close to shopping and food. We loved the property!! Awesome hosts who were quick to respond anytime we had questions. We wish that the HOA took better care of the pool/hot tub area because it wasn’t clean but that was no fault of the hosts. Will definitely be staying here again!

This was a beautiful condo. All the furniture looked new and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. While we didn't use the kitchen it looked well stocked. Communication was thru text messaging but they were quick to respond. We would definitely stay there again.

2024 Family Road Trip

The condo was perfect for our family of 4! It is in a great location that was easy to access all the activities we did! It was clean, comfortable and spacious! Management was easy to contact if needed and very friendly!

Convenient and relaxing!

My two grandchildren and I spend a few days in Branson every summer. The condo was spacious and immaculate. Nice clubhouse and pool. Location was great - easy access to everything. Within minutes of everything but no hustle or bustle. This unit was one flight up and just catty-corner across from clubhouse.

Great stay!

The condo was very clean. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of linens. Beds were comfortable. Condo complex was quiet and in a great location to everything Branson has to offer. Owners checked in several times and responded to text messages quickly. Would recommend this condo.

Short get away

Clean and Close to the Strip!

Condo was clean and smelled great and it is very close to strip. Five minutes from Dixie Stampede and Five minutes from Walmart. Will definitely book again!

Family Vacation

The condo was super clean and located in a great area. The pool was nice, but crowded. Management was responsive once we arrived on site. Communication was slow prior to arrival. If you plan on cooking, please bring a frying pan. The condo only has a 3 inch pan and caused issues for cooking anything other than one egg at a time. There is a stock pot and many dishes and utensils. They do provide a great starter set of paper towels, laundry and dishwashing detergent and shampoo. The Ice maker is broken and I reported this to management. Overall, the condo is clean and great location for a vacation in Branson.

Lovely Stay at The Foothills

Lovely property in a great location. Quiet neighborhood just minutes from theaters, shopping, and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. We visit Branson regularly, and we usually stay at The Foothills condos due to their convenient location. We did not visit the clubhouse, so I cannot comment on that. We also did not do any cooking in the unit, so I’m unsure whether the kitchen was well-stocked or not. I did not receive check-in instructions because they went to my junk mail, and the property manager was very quick to get back with me when I messaged him. Overall, we had a great stay!

As fine as you could hope for

With one minor exception, the property was wonderful. That one exception was also a lesson-learned item for us. Because of my wife's special dietary needs, we prefer to cook all our meals. Lesson - Make sure there is enough cooking utensils at checkin for your anticipated needs. This property was well-maintained, quiet and roomy. We will consider staying there on our next trip to the area.
