Place had many cleaning aspects that should have been completed before we arrived and weren’t. Vrbo/vacasa reached out to try and rectify after we notified, but we didn’t want to waste time on our vacation waiting for someone to clean. We had dark liquid stains on the kitchen wall, a disgusting dirty and rusted grill that we didn’t end up using because of that, a long dark hair in between the sheets of the main bed, dirt/sand/bugs of some sort in the hallway bathroom, toilet paper holders that were dirty and stained, shoddy paint job with mismatching paints, a sliding door that didn’t fully close due to the track being messed up leading to heat seaping in, a supposedly heated pool that wasn’t nearly the 82 degrees that was promised, an info guide with multiple inaccuracies such as Wi-Fi password etc., blood/pizza/bbq sauce stains on the comforter, a dirty and stained drawer under the oven, and ledges that had dirt and bugs all over. I have pictures of everything and wish that this would have been a better overall experience.
