Good: comfortable bed and recliner, handy mini kitchen, new or new-ish carpet in room, good bedding and towels. Needs improvement: room paint and trim was in need of refreshing, bathroom needs a place to hang clothing or towels and to place toiletries, water pressure was quite low. Staff were very pleasant!

We we're very pleased with our room, perfect little kitchen for making a few easy meals, large clean bathroom and a comfortable bed. Felt like there was a lot of thoughtfull little touches and a focus on sustainability that we appreciated. The rate we got through Orbitz was lower than normal according to the front desk.

This place was perfect for our family vacation. The location is excellent. Wegmans grocery, Berlington Mall, and interstate access. The hotel staff was great. We had everything we needed to feel at home. Functional kitchen, laundry facilities, work out room, and grilling area. Everything we needed to as either here or accessible. I recommend this place for anyone. It took a lot of stress out of our vacation with all the amenities and area. It was clean and safe. We stayed for 13 days.

Convenient location, close to the mall. Ample parking space in the premises, helpful and friendly staff during check-in

Floor smelled kinda funny, like super glue. It was very convenient to have a full kitchen setup (fridge, stove, plates, utensils). Wegman’s is right next door so you’re all set for food.

Comfy beds, awesome restaurant s in walking distance

The hotel apparently is a part of the state program that allows homeless people to stay in the hotel when the state pays for their stay. This is something that came totally unexpected and I believe that if a hotel is a part of such a program that should be mentioned somewhere in the property description. On several occasions my family had to come in touch with homeless individuals and the experience was not nice. I respect their decision to live their lives the way they want but I don't feel comfortable sharing an elevator with a person who is filthy and smells awfully. Within a few second the people in the elevator were not able to breath at all. Once again, it's the way of living they chose but if I pay about $130 per night I don't to be exposed to share my living space with people who have no idea about personal hygiene.

Stayed for one night on a business trip. The kitchenette was really convenient - full-size fridge with an ice maker and microwave were great to have in the room. The pantry in the lobby area is so convenient too. Would definitely book with Candlewood again!

I was very comfortable. It was close to the Wegmans and the Mall. The kitchen area had what I needed.

I was not quite sure what to make of this hotel. For example, there was a magnet to put on the outside of the door for days you didn't want housekeeping service; however, I never put out the magnet and yet housekeeping never visited. I checked with the front desk and the receptionist explained that it's part of the Candlewood "brand" to not service the rooms more than once per week. I found this strange since the rooms were not set up for a week without housekeeping: e.g., tiny trash can, 1 plate, 1 fork, 1 spoon, 2 washcloths. Room was also a mix of really nice features (e.g., wonderfully comfortable bed) and icky things (e.g., rusty, grungy fixtures in the shower). Overall it was a so-so experience. I would stay here again, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

I know this is a stay hotel - but I was surprised that housekeeping was only once a week. Normally short time visitors had housekeeping.

Have stayed quite a few times very comfortable. Quiet get away

room wasn't clean, changed room because of construction (caterpillar and 20 men screaming outside my window at 6:30 am) , second room was ok the first day, second day I killed a roach and I had to say bye, staff was nice and I didnt want to take it out on anyone so I left.

Room was quite comfortable. Amenities were good. Bed was a little too firm but OK. The location is great but just a little hard to find since it is not right on Middlesex Turnpike (and I am familiar with this particular area). The snack shop has a lot and it is the honor system which is nice. The bath towels are great. Staff was pleasant. I would stay there again.

The staff was super friendly and made everything hassle free, which Is not something I have been finding in hotel stays recently. Thanks!

The two main advantages are location and a good sized kitchenette. Office area was also very functional. Room was comfortable and clean, but A/C unit was noisy.

Overall good. Upstairs people were incredibly noisy.

I always try and stay here for for my 100+ days in Boston area a year. Clean room , Great staff and excellent location my this hotel a keeper...

The room was nice but the bed was terrible. If you sat on it or turned over in the night it squeaked very loudly. My wife and I kept waking each other up when we moved!
