The shower was slow. It was hard getting in to the hotel room 135. it would not lock unless you slam the door and to unlock the door with the key card. It took several times. Glad they welcome pets.

Room is great. We moved from another hotel that was disgusting to this when my husband was in Burlington receiving radiation treatment . This room was a suite and convenient to the hospital. Also very clean and had everything we needed to make meals there.

No one was at the front desk when we arrived. Since our flight landed after hours, we had to wait quite a while just to get into the building. The room itself was okay, but housekeeping was clearly lacking. There was a smudge on the bathroom door, no trash bin in the bathroom, and crumbs all over the pull-out sofa bed. The sofa was also visibly stained and looked like it hadn’t been wiped down at all. Overall, the cleanliness was disappointing and needs serious improvement.
