Welcoming 7 room house <15 miles to Boston, Salem & Casino

We have a large kitchen (w/s.s. appliances & all the appliances you’d need), sun room, dining room, flat screen TVs in the living room & finished basement, high speed wi-fi & laundry. Lots of windows make it bright. French doors open to a 16x16 deck leading to large fenced in yard. House is perfect for snowbirds, families, couples, business travelers, and your furry friends will love the fenced-in yard!

House has an outside camera at the front entrance and on garage. Video footage is not shared & is recorded for liability reasons, unauthorized parties and/or excessive guests, and pets not disclosed. Disabling/obscuring cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.

We’re close to downtown, public transportation, highways, Lake Quannapowitt, Breakheart, and <15 miles to Boston, Salem, and casino in Everett.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a private yard, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.
