Family visit

We were two grandparents with three young grandchildren living six blocks away. This was the perfect size house for us; dining table to have young parents and three kids for dinner every night, enough bedrooms for kids to have sleep overs with us, large basement tv room, tubs and bathrooms for all, and a beautiful kitchen with gas stove.

Amazing Stay in Amazing Location

What a wonderful house and layout, exactly as described in the listing. We wanted to be in a great Halloween area, but we had no clue Harrison Boulevard was all that… amazing. Our kids loved it and so did the rest of the family as it had a little bit for everyone. Fantastic place in a fantastic location. Beautiful and very walkable. We hope to come back!

Our family group of seven met in Boise for a wedding weekend. This house was perfect! With plenty of space and bathrooms, it was easy for us all to get ready for events. Location is key, and this house is close to everything Boise has to offer. Super quiet neighborhood that is beautiful as well!

Comfortable and Quiet

Nice, quiet, comfortable stay. Very clean house in a very quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to groceries and other needs. Short distance to lots of Boise attractions. I'd stay there again.

Amazing Home!

My family visits Boise every summer for a week+. I have rented a dozen, varies size, VRBO homes over the years in the Northend. This year we had a family wedding, and needed to accommodate 10 family members (including a 2 year old). This property was perfect, it is gorgeous, seriously beautiful (and I am a RE Broker, who has seen ton's of Northend homes). The only problem will be arguments on who gets the ensuite primary bedroom! Rock, paper, scissors worked!

SATISFIED GRANDMOTHER OF THE BRIDE

Well maintained, convenient location, comfortable and spacious accommodations. We chose this location because it was close to my daughter’s Perfect location for us near my daughter. We were in Boise to attend my granddaughter’s wedding. The house is well maintained as equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the living and dining areas were spacious. The off street parking was convenient; It was close trails for my son to go running/ ; H /’

Best neighborhood and great house

Communication was great and check in/check out was easy. The house is well kept and super clean. The location is awesome. Great neighborhood close to downtown! You can pick up Lime bikes or scooters at a strip mall a few blocks away and be to downtown in no time. We will rent this home again next time we are in Boise. It’s great.

An AMAZING House and Neighborhood!!

We had such a beautiful time in this house and neighborhood! The house was even better than the pictures showed and we were all so comfortable. There were 6 adults and 2 kids and we all had plenty of room to have private time or be together. The neighborhood was even better than expected as well. It is so easy to walk to restaurants and grocery stores. I especially loved how close we were to Camel's Back Park and the beautiful trails. We absolutely loved this house and will be back again!

We enjoyed our stay at Grey Gable. The house has a great floor plan. The area is beautiful and a great place to get out and walk. We enjoyed the back patio. The management was very responsive anytime we contacted them.

Wedding stay

Our daughter was getting married and we had a large group that needed somewhere to stay for the weekend and we were lucky enough to find this home! It was incredible!!! We had 7 guests, we used both bedrooms upstairs, both downstairs and another person slept in the tv room downstairs. This is definitely one of the nicest houses we’ve ever stayed at! Everything was so beautiful! The home was clean and well appointed, they even left a welcome gift! Nobody in the house wanted to leave and everyone stated their desire to live there! We would definitely highly recommend the home and would stay there again anytime!

Amazing house!

Perfect Family Home

We were in town for my son’s wedding , a very small affair with only close family so we booked the Grey Cable for me and my husband, my parents my sister and her husband along with her two grown children and her son brought his girlfriend so we booked the house for 9 of us! A few days before the wedding we found out my brothers 2 daughters decided to come last minute bumbling us to 11 people, no problem but we packed a blowup bed just in case!! When we got into town on Wednesday night we were very impressed with the house. It has a great layout with 2 bedrooms on the main floor and an incredible master bathroom shower we all loved!! Then on Thursday afternoon our Brother surprised all of us by showing up for the wedding, we thought he could not make it due to work but last minute he was able to catch a flight out so with some room switching we made 12 people fir very comfortably!!we had a great time in RBI’s house. It was perfect to through all the twenty something kids in the basement with the TV and the house was big enough everybody found areas to chat and catch up!! We were able to walk to Hyde Park for Dinner and Ice Cream. It was perfect. Only complaint was the frig was kinda dirty, no big deal and the bottom drawer ‘‘twas busted. Also, the dishwasher was broken, we were left a note saying a maintenance guy would be by on Monday but we got there on Wednesday night so that really didn’t help us but we had enough people that we just washed dishes because we did eat a lot of meals at the house, it’s just to expensive to eat out with the 25 family members we had for the wedding so we cooked and everyone came over and ate. We would book this house again in a second. We loved it!!
