5 star plus all the way! Fantastic apartment with more amenities than you could want. great location to the lifts, Stay Montana went above and beyond to make our stay the best ever ski holiday we have had, we cannot say enough about how amazing it was. Also big shoutout to "Big Sky County Transport" who were simply awesome getting us to and from the Bozeman airport, they were able to adjust our booking due to multiple airline delays and their service made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Ski trip

Wish we would have had access to washer/dryer. I don’t mind reusing towel one day.. but after that I prefer to wash it. When I asked at front desk, they said that stay Montana guest did not have access to laundry facilities. Other than that.. wonderful time!

Amazing!

This condo is in the perfect location. It’s a condominium Hotel, so you also have access to all of the hotel amenities. Walking distance to several restaurants, shops, etc. You can even dine at Chet’s which is located in the hotel. There are two hot tubs, not super close to the condo itself, but not too bad of a walk. The condo is cute and cozy. And the views are AMAZING. Lastly, The Cowboys who work the Valet are the most lovely humans. Book this condo!

Great Location-Terrible Condo

First of all, the location of the room and proximity to the lifts are great. No complaints there. The issues were the state of the room when we arrived and trying to communicate with the management company to take care of issues. There were stained linens, we found about half a cup of Cheerios cereal on the floor by the coach, there were fingernail clippings on the floor, we found used hand warmers and kleenex when we pulled down the murphy bed. The headboard on the murphy bed was broken, so there were exposed screws at head level for the person sleeping in the bed. The door chain was broken. When we arrived each bathroom had a partially used roll of toilet paper, and no other rolls in the room. There were no kitchen towels and only a partial roll of paper towel. There was no parking permit for the lot we were supposed to leave our vehicle. I communicated all this to the management company. The only thing they did was drop off the parking pass, a couple rolls of toilet paper and paper towel. And that was after having to tell them twice over a couple of days. We communicated to have the trash picked up from the room and that never happened. The broken items were never fixed and they never asked if they wanted the room cleaned again. They never apologized for all these issues when I told them, the never even acknowledged them. It was infuriating. I've stayed in dive motels that were lightyears better then this place at less than 1/10th the price.

Shoshone Condos need to be upgraded

Not clean, beds, bedding and blankets old stained and uncomfortable. Toilets too low to the floor. Bathrooms have crud in corners. All furniture uncomfortable, decor dated, tired and offensive. Walls visually unappealing. View great, location great, but VRBO guests aren’t priority of resort. Bell personal were amazing. Spa nice.

Great location...loud snow plows

Great location, very close to lifts. This unit faces the front drive and portico. The snow plows start every morning promptly at 5:30. You get all the scrapping and the extremely loud back up beeping.
