Awesome home

Excellent property!

This was our second time staying here, as we have lots of family in the area, and we have already booked a third stay for the new year. The home is fully updated, compact yet spacious, clean, warm, and has every amenity you could ask for. The pristine yard is a huge bonus.

Fabulous retreat!

Absolutely great! It seems like all amenities were considered. If I had to provide some minor constructive criticism, it would be that the basement exit was filled with leaves (true to the season). So, whenever that back door was used for the dogs, lots of leaves came into the home. Cleaning that out would make keeping the inside clean a lot easier. But, that did not impact our stay. Host was very accommodating and responsive! We will consider this host and property again.

Sister's Christmas Weekend

As soon as we walked in the door we felt like we were home. So many extras in the home from Q-tips and band aides in the bathrooms to all spices in the kitchen. Just a wonderful place to stay. Nice quiet neighborhood too. Would highly recommend

Wonderful home

Very nice home and neighborhood. Was perfect for us to come and babysit my granddaughters while my son moved. Nice back yard to let them run around. Location was perfect also! Close to everything.

Exceptional Property

This was our second stay here. The home is very clean and well maintained. Love the close-by trails along Duck Creek; great for walking the dog. Only rental we’ve stayed in that I truly feel that our canine child is welcomed. Couch covers (we travel with our own, lol) a large, fenced in yard, and dog waste bags all provided by our thoughtful hosts.

A great stay in every way!

I really can't say enough about this property. It is one of the cleanest we have ever stayed at, and that's coming from someone with extremely high standards. It is a tastefully updated home in an established neighborhood and has everything you need in a home away from home. We were only in town for a couple of days for a graduation. It seemed like we were just 10 minutes or less from everything. Amazing host, amazing property - this place sets a high bar and there is no need to look any further unless it is already booked! We will definitely return since we have lots of family in the area.

Great stay!

Our stay was so smooth and pleasant! This was a perfect home for our family with 3 kiddos. It was SO CLEAN! And we really appreciated all the kitchen amenities as well as the fenced in backyard. The hosts really have thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay. We will definitely be keeping this place in mind for our our next visit! Highly recommend.

Great property & location

This house is well equipped for a wonderful stay. It is conveniently located to I-74 with lots of restaurants & shopping in the area. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our two dogs and the neighborhood is very quiet. The house is updated and well maintained with comfortable furnishings. If your looking for a property in the QC area, this is a fantastic choice.

Here for the national champs.

We were in town to visit SAU and celebrate their national champion cheer and dance teams. This house was perfectly located. We were within minutes of all things Davenport/Bettendorf. The home was meticulously cleaned before our arrival and very comfortable. Check in was smooth and while we did not need to contact the owners, I have a feeling they would be very responsive. Our pups LOVED the back yard. We only have one more year with an SAU student athlete but would happily rent this house again to visit the area.

Wonderful house

We throughly enjoyed our visit and staying in this beautiful home. It was immaculate and very comfortable. We loved being able to bring our dog as well. The backyard is huge and fenced in so safe for dogs. Would highly recommend this Vrbo!

Lovely Home

This house was exceptionally clean. Everything was updated and well maintained. Very nicely decorated. Owner left lots of information regarding the house and surrounding areas. Loved the short walk to the Duck Creek biking trail - great for dog walking. Nice fenced in back yard, however, if you have a small dog, there are potential escape opportunities at most of the corners. Suitcase racks in the bedrooms would be helpful!
