Located in the Eaglewood community, this welcoming 3BR/3BA townhome features a gas fireplace, central AC, TVs in every bedroom, and a prime locale next to the Private Woodlands Golf Course. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy alfresco meals on the patio. Enjoy a well-equipped workspace in two bedrooms. You also can enjoy the use of the provided SHARC passes for access to an incredible array of attractions and amenities. Swimming can also be done at Eaglewood community pool.

Spend days exploring the area with the provided bikes; entertainment, shopping, and dining are all just a short ride or drive away.

LIVING AREA

Unwind on the comfortable furniture in the living area while watching shows on the smart TV. The double-sided fireplace provides warm ambience in both the living and dining areas.

KITCHEN & DINING

Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops gleam in the kitchen, appointed with ample cookware and helpful gadgets.

Keep the chef company at the kitchen island. Gather at the six-person table for meals.

BED & BATH

The primary bedroom has a king bed, a hybrid desk, and a TV. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a king bed, a hybrid desk, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom has two twin beds and a TV, while the third bathroom has a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Enjoy a beverage at the table for six on the patio. A gas grill is perfect for hosting an afternoon cookout.

Make use of the provided tennis rackets and six bikes during your stay. Sunriver Resort community amenities include miles of bike paths and a seasonal pool (open during summer months).

Parking is available for one vehicle in the driveway. Additional parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Nestled in the Eaglewood community, you’ll find everything you need within a short bike ride or drive. The Village at Sunriver offers shopping, upscale and casual dining, and activities including seasonal mini-golf and ice skating. Sunriver Stables offers horseback riding and pony rides seasonally, while Sunriver Marina offers kayak and tube rentals to float the Deschutes River.

Book a tee time at one of the many public golf course in Central Oregon - Or hit the slopes at Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort (21.7 miles).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
