1. Pet Policy: **This unit is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $200.

2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.

3. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

4. There is a camera on the roadways. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the inside of the home.

The cabin was so adorable. It was roomier than I expected, very thoughtfully designed. We lucked into a night with rain, it was the best night of sleep I've had in a long time. The master bedroom's mattress is fabulous, and with the rain hitting the metal roof was so soothing. We are coming back for sure.

Super cute cabin!

This was the perfect place for our visit! The cabins are a little over a year old and perfect for three adults. The outdoor space includes a private hot tub and a fire ring with seating. Near Bellefonte and State College, it was close to parks, restaurants and shopping. We will definitely book next time we’re visiting!

My family and I only stayed here 1 night but we wish it could have been longer. This was a great cabin. So cute and cozy. Everything was very clean. Unfortunately we did not use the hot tub because it was too cold but I am sure this would have been great too.
