Love the grassy areas for walking dogs and reasonable pet fees. My room was very clean and spacious….maintenance is needed on the tub spout of the shower/Jacuzzi……it leaked water everywhere. Evidence of mold around the bathtub. Caulking needs to be scraped out and reapplied. The room was incredibly humid even with the air conditioner working well. I had to leave my clothes in the car because just overnight they became damp to the point I couldn’t wear them. Damp as if they had been sprayed with water before pressing…..I also would have liked having an exit I could get back in without going through the lobby. Thanks for the opportunity to review. (But please fix the humidity in the rooms!)..

The Irish Pub was great! All the staff were very friendly.

Our stay was average overall. There was no daily housekeeping, and when we requested towels from the front desk, it took about an hour for them to arrive. Several elevators were out of service, and after waiting nearly 30 minutes, we decided to take the stairs from the 20th floor. Unfortunately, when we reached the 14th floor, we encountered a sign warning that continuing further would trigger an alarm. When we tried to return to the elevators, we discovered we were locked in the stairwell. Thankfully, we had cell service and were able to call the front desk, who sent security to let us out.
