Perfect Maine Getaway

What a beautiful cabin! If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this is it! Susan was great-answering all my questions. Will definitely be back if we are up in Maine again!

Great place to stay

Our trip was great, we rented it to celebrate my birthday with my kids before my oldest goes off to college. We spent most of our time on the water. My husband and I enjoyed the suana nightly. We had a blast, thanks!

Such a lovely cabin with little surprises!

Itvstarted with a 24 hour notice due to our original house being flooded for the storm. They fot us in a day later to this smaller yet spacious lakehouse with many little surprises! We enjoyed the large master suite with the clawfoot tub. The outside sauna was a blessing and the wood stove! The the renovations were lovely. We were comfortable and relaxed for pur elipse little get away! Thank.ypu SO MUCH for having us in such short notice and sharing this lovely little cabin!

Not ready for winter use

It was impossible to have comfortable and consistent temperatures throughout the house. The ground was not level on the first floor which made it impossible for the shower door to stay closed so we could not use the shower. Everyone had to use the shower in the upstairs bathroom for the master bedroom. There were leaks in the living room and in the master bedroom. The one in the bedroom was right over the bed. The Owner left his phone number and said to call but would not answer phone. We were there for the Thanksgiving Holiday so it wasn't practical to leave.

A Nice clean cozy cottage in good location. Large master bedroom and bath is located upstairs and two small bedrooms downstairs.

Excellent!

We enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave! The house is super cozy and spacious! We took time to have morning coffee on the porch and a glass of wine in the evening! It was our first VRBO experience and I don't know how any in the future could top this one. We walked to the Lake to fish, walked to the Village for supplies and dining, and just enjoyed the town! Everything was *****+ Thank you for helping us make such great memories!

Lovely stay by Long Pond

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The house and furnishings were comfortable. Everything that we needed was provided. The location was also ideal - very easy walk to both the lake and the town center. The neighbors were very nice and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Quaint Cabin

The cabin was beautifully renovated, immaculately clean, and stocked with everything we needed. Great location —quiet but right next to towns “Main Street” and beautiful lake, A twin over full bunk would be a great addition in one of the first floor bedrooms but there was plenty of space for an air mattress. Would definitely return.

Beautiful and peaceful

The home was as beautiful as the pictures showed. All modern appliances. Large gas grill. Loved sitting on the porch at night. The grounds and entire area was absolutely beautiful. We all enjoyed the lake very much. We brought blow up tubes and stayed in the water for hours. Very short walk to the lake, we let the boys ride their bikes there. Very relaxing vacation

Belgrade Heaven

This cottage was a beautiful blend of Belgrade history and every modern convenience that you can imagine. The master bedroom suite was luxurious and the bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept on. You can walk to the village for shopping, dining and to the great coffee shops. The lake one of the best in Maine, crystal clear with great fishing and boating!

Relaxing Escape to Maine

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, immaculate, quaint cabin in Belgrade Lakes, Maine. We enjoyed morning coffee on the porch and walks to the lake. There was plenty to do in the area, but we enjoyed the house so much that we spent a lot of our time just relaxing there. We took day trips into nearby Augusta and Hallowell where we visited Old Fort Western, Granite City Park, watched the sturgeon jumping in the Kennebec River and found many delicious options for dining. We also visited the adorable Dew Haven Zoo & Rescue where the kids were able to feed the animals (just 15 minutes from house). The boys are avid golfers and said that the Belgrade Lakes Golf Course was one of the best and the most beautiful course they have ever played on. While the boys/men golfed, the ladies took a walk into town to look around in the shops. Our evenings were spent back at the cabin playing yard games in the spacious yard and/or playing board games inside. This was the perfect place to come for a relaxing vacation. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and cannot wait to visit again. I highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed!
