My room keys didn’t work I had to keep running down stairs to front desk to fix problem There is no elevator u have to carry tons of bags to top floor the motel looks dirty and no close restaurants around

I knew I was in for a horrible stay when I noticed they need a dedicated security guard for this hotel. If you like a lot of late night drama, this hotel is for you! I had left my keys in the room and when I went to get another key, I had to argue with the front desk because they said that no one was in my room. I later found out that they sent another customer to my room and blocked it out because is was dirty. It took 45 minutes for them to let me into my room and they had no record of me in their system. My room had a booger on the wall and underneath the bed was absolutely filthy. I left a message for the supervisor two times to talk about my stay, and have never heard anything back from him. Shame on you Red Roof Inn for not cleaning your facilities better.

The room was very hot when we entered. I turned the heat from 80 degrees to 65 degrees and we left for dinner. When we returned from dinner the room was still exceedingly hot. We had to run the AC unit, to get the room cool enough to sleep (outside air temp was in the high 20s). Finally figured out how to turn the heat off. Housekeeping came about 8:30 and I told them that we would be leaving around 10:AM. They never returned. It was Christmas Eve, so we didn't get too upset. We had to go to the office to get fresh towels. I have stayed here many times but I will not return. Many of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. I asked if we could borrow a hair dryer and they said maintenance would bring one to our room. We waited for about 45 minutes and no one came. I located one of the cleaning staff and got a hair dryer about 1/2 hour later. This used to be a great place.

We had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and accomodating to our needs. It's in a secluded quite area but only minutes to the mall and stores and things.

Hotel was clean, as well as the room. The staff was very helpful in finding places to eat and things to do. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Not bad for one night stay. checking in took a while but that was to be expected since everyone was there for the same thing as me :-)

Convenient , clean, reasonably priced, and great!!

I liked that it was pet friendly and close to the Casino in which that's why we went there as a belated birthday gift . Also it was really small and the rooms smelled awful and I'm not sure if it's because of different dogs being in there before but it smelled really bad.

Convenient and the price was good. Easy to fond, the bed was comfortable.
