Had to park in the street we didnt have the room to park in there parking lot .

Room smelled like smoke, cigarette burns on counter tops

Mattress had stains, people were loitering at all entrances, did not feel safe, garbage in hall area.....save your money spend a little more and be safe

I didn’t like anything about this place, I regret my stayed at this place, if it was the last hotel in the whole worl I won’t go there !!!

Nice and cozy. Bathroom was spacious. Beds were comfortable. The AC worked great in this hot humid weather. Room had a great little kitchen

Check in was very long, person doing check in was on the phone talking about personal business and also answered her personal cell while talking about my payment options and card and ID info! Very unprofessional! Took the shower 30minutes to get hot but the coffee was ok tasting! I can not stay there again. Asked for discount for these problems was bluntly ignored!

Friendly staff, well equipped room, good furnishings. Enjoyed the full sized fridge and microwave and kitchen sink. The hotel provided dishes. Good location near shopping and major highways. Neighborhood felt safe.

This hotel was horrible! Not enough staff, no coffee in common areas as stated in the ad, dishes left on the floor outside rooms for too long a period which would attract mice and roaches. Our sheets had the appearance of being slept in, there was no shampoo or coffee maker in the room and piles of dirt on the floors of common areas where it had been swept but picked up. We could not wait to check out! We felt totally ripped off. Reading previous reviews, after the fact, I noticed the response to these bad reviews were always about the same, promising to make things better, notifying the staff of problems, etc. Obviously nothing was done. But always the same response. Management should do something instead only promising improvements.

The hotel is extremely old, the AC did not work properly, the refrigerator and carpet was very dirty. No hangers, coffee pot. Not even any plastic cups. Staff was very friendly and as accommodating as they could be - given what they were working with.

It was a good experience. The only thing I didn't liked was the room smelled like someone smoked. Also the staff might not be available 24/7 at front office. Rest rhe hotel was clean and very comfortable.

I was a little anxious about the stay prior to getting to the hotel. Once I arrived, the staff was very nice and the room was clean and definitely met my expectations. I also slept great!

Hotel was nasty, stunk of smoke, and was dirty. Staff was nice but I had to sleep with the windows open and my pillow stunk like an ash try. Never going back

my wife and 8 month old arrived and the room that was reserved was occupied and the staff tried giving them another room and that was filthy and also occupied. this was a 1am. they ended up going back to the airport and stayed in the lobby. do not use

Nothing special, but was fine. Room was clean. Hotel was overbooked when we arrived and tried to put us in smoking rooms. They fixed that issue after too long of arguing. Hotel was prepaid, but they ended up charging our credit card as well. So, double-charged. No ice machines! All else was fine.

My kids where with me and they enjoyed there stay! Plus I appreciate the wifi my son was able to play on his tablet with no interruptions!

do not stay here!
