Great little place from which to enjoy Avila Beach. Just a short walk from the beach and boardwalk, yet just far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean and in great condition. Easy in and easy out.

The host was welcoming.. The description was not accurate as far as unit 6 the photos show a table with chairs, but we only found this old vintage futon with holes in the vinyl. Okay for one or two nights I guess. The King size bed and the futon consumes the room which leaves not much room for luggage or anything else. Really not sure Vrbo verified the accuracy of this listing. I guess it depends on how you read between the lines when comparing listings on Vrbo making a decision based on the photos and the description will sometimes get you disappointed. Would be nice to get what you expected, since you have paid top dollar.
