Easy check in and check out. Instructions were easy to follow. Had a wonderful time. Particularly the pool and hot tub. The place is super clean and spacious.

Perfect for Families

My brother and I rented this home for our families (5 cousins all 18+); in total we had nine in the house. Here are the positives: 1) Privacy - even with nine people in the house, there were enough bedrooms and bathrooms. There are also multiple seating areas for nice quiet visits (eg. the fire pit). 2) Well Stocked - The home was beautifully outfitted with good sheets, towels, pots, pans, glassware, etc. 3) Great Common Areas - The kitchen is wide open with a lovely view. It was fun to gather in the morning to have coffee. 4) Excellent Dining Room Table - The dining room table seats 14 and is great for a family gathering. 5) Communication - Hillary is incredibly responsive. 6) The Neighborhood - The area is great for walking - the views of Lake Travis while walking are amazing. I do not have have any negatives to report; it was a fantasic stay. Thank you!

Lake Travis Home for Family Weekend

We celebrated my husband's milestone birthday with the entire family at the Lake Travis property and it could not have been more perfect. The property is lovely - just as it appears in website photos -- and allowed for a relaxed, informal two-day gathering that met everyone's needs. The balconies/decks, fire pit, hot tub were all fantastic! The Host was enormously responsive and helpful throughout the planning and during our stay. Every family member noted their desire to do this again "at this house" before departing. We will absolutely look for future opportunities to return.

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home! Everything looks just like the photos. Very clean and lovely home. Pool is great and they have all kinds of floaties & towels for use! The host is great and super responsive!! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Bachelor Party Spot

This property was the perfect spot for our Bachelor party group traveling to Austin, Texas. The pool and hot tub were great to have. We sat out on the covered deck playing cards and were very comfortable given the heat. On Friday we rented a boat with Luxury Boat Rentals and they had a great price, the dock was only 7 mins away. Saturday we went to downtown Austin. Ubers were easy to get even though it was a little over 35 minutes away. The only negative feedback I have was the outside area smelled like trash during some parts of the day. We weren't sure if it was the sulfur we were smelling or the trash cans. It wasn't a huge issue and we were able to enjoy the outside. I would recommend this place to anyone with a large group.

Gorgeous home

We rented this home over Christmas break with another family. Hosts were great at communicating throughout the whole week, home was clean, with tons of space for all 11 of us. It was very nice that that had complimentary laundry soap and kitchen necessities. Hot tub and the heated pool were amazing. Beautiful property.
