The kitchen had everything we needed, coffee beans and grinder, filters and maker, hot water pot for oatmeal. The shower is huge, everything was clean and neat, the bed was comfortable, and the Adirondak chairs in the back yard looking down the hill were great. The owner was responsive and helpful.

The place was comfortable and nice. My only complaint is that it was not made clear before the booking that someone would be above us. Whomever was upstairs stomped and banged very loudly, waking me up multiple times in the early morning hours. If you rent, please beware that there could be noisy upstairs neighbors.

This rental is not for someone who may have mobility issues or maintaining their stability. Entrance to the apartment is downhill on a stone stepped walkway. Lighting for the pathway was not sufficient. Contacted the host and they said they were ordering new lights. HVAC unit was on programmed time, so I set the heat to 70 and woke up freezing because the unit went back to the default of 65... Overall, cute place.
