New construction home for your short or long term stay needs. Our rental has 4 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 Bathrooms, Office with couch that folds down to a full sized futon bed, Media room and is located in Argyle, TX (on the east side of I-35)! The home is light & bright and features beautiful quartz countertops throughout, open concept gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, tile floors, 1st floor master bedroom. Enjoy family time in the Theatre/Media/Game room or on the covered patio to BBQ with a fenced yard. The spacious office has a comfy futon sofa bed and desk. The master bathroom offers a nice walk in shower and soaking tub, dual sinks & two large walk in closets with high storage. Bedroom #2 features a queen bed and sitting chair; Bedroom #3 features a queen bed and Bedroom #4 features a twin over full sized bunkbed with a student’s desk. Fenced in yard with a covered porch. Our rental is located in Argyle ISD, very close to Liberty Christian School, 25 mins from the Stockyards and Dickey's arena, 25 miles from AT&T stadium & 15 mins from the Texas Motor Speedway. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis, please message us to discuss your pet information. Also, reach out if you have longer stay needs or you don't see the dates you need as available. This rental helps support our daughter through dental school on her way to becoming a dentist so we really appreciate you considering our rental!

Perfect Home

This house was perfect for our family. It was in such a great location, right in the middle of all the places we were visiting. A Starbucks is being built at the corner of the development also! This is great for my fellow latte drinkers. Christina was great! Any time I had a question she answered right away. Will definitely stay here again!

Superb long term rental

This is a newly built house in a nice neighborhood. Christina was super responsive and dealt quickly with the two minor issues that popped up. The house was not only thoughtfully appointed, but literally had everything we needed. Definitely recommended!
