We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). everything was great at this property ! very clean , shower was a nice size , bedroom was pretty decent , had all amenities. one downfall though was the wifi. since we didn’t have any cell service we had to rely on their wifi which was provided , but it didn’t work. it only worked along the wall of the living room , we couldn’t even make any calls or search anything on the internet. we called and they said they’d send someone out and they never did also the pull out bed broke when we were sleeping on it but other than that it was great
