Great location, great house!

Loved it! The location was about a 6 minute walk to the beach, and about the same to the donut shop, taco place, shops, etc…. The house was perfect for our group…rooms were cozy and comfortable. Pool was huge and fishing off the dock was a huge hit!Would stay here again!!

Great stay!!

We had a great stay at this property in Anna Maria! We are a family of 5 with kids ages 4, 8, and 10 and traveled with my mom as well. This property was set up perfectly for us using the separate pool suite as an inlaw suite. The house was very clean and fit our needs perfectly. The pool was big and great for our kids. Loved the canal ad well. There are plenty of shops and restaurants near by as well as close proximity to many of the great beaches Anna Maria has to offer. We had an amazing time, would for sure stay here again.

Amazing home in excellent & convenient area on AMI

Our group consisted of husband & wife and 5 tween-teenage kids. The three teenagers (ages 16-18) enjoyed staying in the pool house and had their own personal space. The house was perfectly accommodated with everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare meals and snacks for our always hungry group of kids. The screened in swimming pool/patio area was a very pleasant place to hang out & swim The pool was large, the water felt great & it was very private with the greenery along the canal. Easy walk to Pine for treats or pizza and not much further to the beach....the wagon and beach chairs provided in the garage were also very useful! We loved the circle dining table where we had lots of family game nights and the beds & bedding were all very comfortable. House was very clean! Thank you for a great place to stay & we would love to visit again!!

Awesome place to vacation

Enjoyed the house, the pool and overall setup of the home was great. Kitchen was very user friendly for meal prep and serving. Would definitely stay at this location again.

50 birthday friends trip

Awesome location, a little more detail on what is included, ie, chairs, etc would be helpful. Great house, we loved it!! A waiver for adults to fisconnect alarm would also be nice. Our 1 complaint was the lanscaper weedeating at 8 am one morning. Love it, would def book again

Place of perfection

Main house and the villa was spacious, The house had all the necessary amenities . The pool was clean and enclosed. The neighborhood was fairly quiet. The beaches and areas of interest were within walking distance. The sunsets and sunrises were beautiful.

Family Vacation

Overall we liked the property and the location. we had a great time with the family. only one issue you need to address: the mattress in the king size bed in the single room neer the dining room is worn out on the side neer the bathroom. It will be appropriate to chage, was very unconfortable to sleep on it.

Outstanding property

Working with the Rental Manager was excellent. They were thorough, helpful when we could not get the code to work, and came over immediately when we said that one of the doors was missing an alarm. This is immaculate, comfortable beds, nice linens, wonderfully appointed with furniture, cooking utensils, etc. Easy walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Were able to kyak the canal that runs behind the house and enjoy fabulous pool. Only challlenge is to get from one of the parts of house to other you had to go through pool so had to remember to hit the button so the child safety pool alarm did not go off. Get the need for safety but when all adult renting, having to hit a sliding door everytime you go to the pool and through to the apartment was annoying Plus you were not able to open the sliding doors and enjoy the outside weather. All is all fabulous house!

Excellent spot

Got to check in early which was nice. House was spotlessly clean. We had not hot water for 24 hours due to the old tankless heater dying. Called Salty Mermaid and they were on it immediately. New heater installed and a follow up phone call to ensure all was good. Beds are very comfortable and pool was nice and warm. Highly recommend this property
