Great time!

Great fishing from the dock, swimming, hot tub, ping pong, foosball and nice walks from the house to the beach. Highly recommend.

Beautifully appointed place, fabulous pool and fishing off the dock was fun even though the fish weren’t hungry while we were there.

Great vacation!

Our family had a great vacation! This house is the complete package, from the outdoor pool and entertaining spaces to the spacious living room and kitchen area to the 4 bedrooms, which each have their own bathrooms. Highly recommend this house when traveling to Anna Maria!

My family really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was very clean and in great shape. Fully equipped kitchen, everything you need for pool/beach time and so much more.

Island oasis

We loved staying in your beautiful home and property! The house and pool area were so clean and the home came with everything! We loved our lounging days at the beautiful pool and having lunch by the pool! We had plenty of room for the family. The service and communication from the owners and staff was excellent. We hope to come back soon and For sure will rent from you all again and stay at Bateman. The street was quiet too. So many wonderful things to say about this home Thanks again!

What’s not to love!

Beautiful spacious home with great outdoor space. Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of beach equipment. Loved that all bedrooms where en-suite. Beautifully decorated.

Beautiful luxury home with all amenities. Gorgeous pool. (Check that heater…it was too cold to swim 5/7 days)…. Decor is fabulous and my family time there was exceptional.

Amazing house and location

We have an absolutely amazing stay at the house. The location is perfect, close to everything but off the main strip. The canal is very calm and great for paddle boarding and kayaking. The house was completely equipped with everything you could possibly need!! The size is great and allows for privacy for everyone.

Great house, well stocked

We stayed for a week. This our 5th time to AMI but our first at this house. Overall this was the best house we have stayed at. It was well stocked for 5 people. The layout was great with each bedroom having its own bath and a nice patio are off the family room and above the pool level.

Absolutely perfect!

The Bateman’s house was absolutely perfect for our party of 8. It’s located on a great part of the island - quiet but everything you need within walking distance or a quick trip on the golf cart. The house was well stocked with plenty to do for the whole family. We will certainly be returning!

Great visit

The property was very well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped beyond expectations. We wanted for nothing when it came to making dinner. There are certainly enough wonderful bedrooms with great adjoining bathrooms for each . Loved it

Loved our stay

Home was perfect for us. My son could fish off dock and we were super close to beach. Just make a left and take gladiolus all the way down and there is a beach entry. House had beach chairs and cart which came in handy. House also had an elevator which was great for my mom. Nice open family space and add Instacart and golf cart drop off. Things could not be more convenient

The right choice.

I know that it is difficult to pick a vacation house just through pictures. You should not worry about this house. The pictures represent the house perfectly. There is plenty of space for everyone. Whether you are using the over sized kitchen that has everything we needed, or down by the pool. This house exudes luxury and quality.

Beautiful Batemans

This home is beautifully decorated and amazingly outfitted. Each of 4 bedrooms have their own well appointed bathrooms. The kitchen is a cook’s kitchen fully outfitted. Outside the pool area is versatile with football & ping pong tables, an outdoor shower and even has very comfortable lounge chairs. Additionally, there’s a seating area in the shade with a fancy fireplace feature. And finally there is an outdoor dining table. Oh and a super giant TV in the main living room. And a dock. And it’s in a quiet neighborhood and lots lots more.
