Disappointing
Disappointing stay from April 2025. The stars I did provide are for the location. However, the house itself has fallen into neglect. It changed ownership in March of 2025 so it seems the reviews for stays prior to that date may no longer be applicable. It became clear to us throughout the stay that the owner sees this purely as a cash cow and has no interest in investing any money into the upkeep of the house. Management team was very responsive. However, the need for multiple service visits, missing advertised amenities, and safety issues, had a negative impact on our vacation. This was all brought to the attention of the owner who disregarded it as essentially the risk you take in renting a house...Therefore, we felt compelled to write this review so future renters are aware of what to expect when renting this property. Below is a breakdown of the issues we sent to the owner. Elevator did not work upon arrival and elevator emergency phone was not connected which is a major violation of Elevator code and a safety issue. Ice maker did not work, Oven bake did not work, stove missing hood lights, no game room as advertised, toilet seats were broken off hinges, outdoor grill filthy and no brush provided, window shades did not all rise fully, furniture stained, dirty non-waterproof lounge chairs in pool upon arrival leaking debris, Toilet paper holder hinges broken in multiple bathrooms, no basic cleaning supplies like sponge provided, Cracked table and countertop.
