The room itself was molded in many areas, broken glass around and above tub. Master had old broken blind, left open to every one. Roof began leaking while we were there- old evidence of roof issues. Switch's are very odd through the house and safety inspection should be done before any one stays. Internet wont run tvs most of the time and is not accurately listed. They know this but not honest, along with the bathrooms, there's 2 full one half. the 3rd is actually an extra shower directly in the master bath. We called and kindly tried to deal with things. Yes Christmas it was understandable. but they had time to properly clean the tub and address the other issues that had been on going previous to the stay. When technician didn't show up we lost a whole day for our outing after Christmas waiting. And by the end of it they refunded a total of $200. Seems like the easiest way to do it is the answer for them. The deck needs repair and painting, there's a few other issues. What is most upsetting is the lack of transparency and obvious neglect they have been getting away. The rental uses customer service stalling techniques and has poor communication (lack of folow up) I wouldn't trust them to rent again. $200 was barely even acknowledging the time wasted. We were looking for more than a place to sleep.
