Had a grrrrreeeeeeeeeeeeeeet timmmmmmmmmeeeeeeeee thank youuuu...........

Reasonably priced. Very clean. Great staff. Difficult driveway entrance from high traffic one way street only negative.

This hotel is really a motel with some added suites near the front office. It desperately needs updating. Rooms are small, room smelled musty from water damage, bathrooms are so small that only one person can fit, bath did not drain so I stood in dirty water while showering, and the carpet is old. I won't stay at this motel again. I paid $100 - my Orbitz Orbucks. This room was worth $50. While the motel/suites had a breakfast, it would have been worth going to Starbucks down the street for better coffee and food. Positives: The bed was comfortable and clean. The motel staff are very pleasant and permitted me to leave my suggestions on the voicemail of the general manager before checking out. Nevertheless, I would never recommend this hotel/motel/suite experience to anyone.

Outlets didn't work no remote and was not comfortable

The room had a bad smell in it as soon as I walked in. there was scented wax to hide the odor. the shower didn't work properly and the water would not drain. the room looks like it hasn't been cleaned in ages. the mini fridge had a bad smell to it as well. The complimentary breakfast look like something they dug out of a box. Even though the room was cheap I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

We needed a room for overnite and this was fine. I couldnt find an outlet in the bathroom which would have been nice But it was warm and cozy

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed. The room was not clean, there was foul smell in the room. I found insects in the room. Breakfast was not good.

i usually go to holiday inn best western comfort inn..but friday rate is 2 or 3 times week rate...this cocca s hotel is good for 1 night....

We had a great experience. Had the jacuzzi room and it was marvelous. Would stay again.

The proximity to Saratoga was as expected Being that i couldnt get a hotel in Saratoga for a busy weekend -Albany had to do.. That being said the room was horrible and kind of dingy. Bedding and towels were gross and the bed was horrible..Im not sure what i paid and didnt expect much but i wouldnt stay in that room again for 4 dollars a night

This can easily be compared to a hole in the wall. The best thing that I can say about this location is the the ac/heater was awesome! Other than that do not waste your time nor money going to this place. The bed was broken when we got to the room. The bathroom is SUPER small. I could go on and on but I'll save us both the further disgust. Spend your money elsewhere.

Hotel was too close to Wolf Rd. and 89. The room was tiny--smaller than it looked in the pictures. We skipped breakfast but the staff was accommodating.

I didn't have access to HBO despite there is an advertisement that free HBO.

Excellent stay. Spacious king size rooms. Quiet and relaxing

We needed a cheap place to stay while we visited family. The hotel room is certainly petite, as noted. It was a basic room with cosmetic flaws, but they didn't bother us. There were stains on the rug and chair. The furniture was scratched up. The comforter seemed to be very old and worn down. If you are looking for luxury, this is not the place. however, the staff were all very pleasant. The free continental breakfast was nice. Mini bagels, mini muffins, English muffins, make your own waffles, two cereal choices, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee and milk. I highly suggest this place for those who need to save money.

The room had a chemical cleaning smell. The bathroom was dirty. The dresser drawers weren't clean. Very small room. Asa result I had to pay an extra $30 to get a better room!!

the room was basically clean, but it had a musty odor to it. it was a nice day so we could open the windows to air out and that helped a lot.

Motel 6 is better, staff very unorganized and ghetto. If your looking for a quiet private place, this is not it.

Very cheap, but would only be there for 6 hours before my flight, so I figured I could handle it. Room was on the first floor with door to parking lot. Bolt lock did not work, they had no other non-smoking rooms, so I had to wedge a chair under the door handle. Was told there would be coffee at 4 in the morning, there was none. Was just okay for what I needed but will probably pay a little more for a little more!

We flew into the Albany airport thinking there was airport pick-up. No airport pick-up after a certain time. Room was smelly and traffic noise was an issue.

Thank you for granting us the privilege to reply to your Orbitz review. We welcome all reviews (“Negative” or “Positive”), as it affords us an opportunity to let you know that our Cocca’s Inn & Suites will be upgrading our petit exterior rooms. The upgrade includes replacing the carpeting with vinyl flooring and an upgraded furniture package, which is expected to arrive during the fourth quarter of this year. Our goal is to provide every guest with a “Clean, Friendly and Safe Experience” during their stay with us, Your “PROS” reassured us our goal was achieved. Our staff extends their gracious comments in their behalf . We hope that you will grant us a “second chance” and, perhaps, book one of our exterior rooms, which are considerably larger, including the bathrooms. Thank you for taking the time to rate our hotel. We were concerned to read that remote was missing from your room and that the outlets did not work. Unfortunately, due to lack of information, we are unable to determine which room had the missing remote and the malfunctioning outlets. Our staff extends their appreciation for your gracious comment in their behalf. Sincerely, Marilyn Seidner Director – Guest Relations
