"Upon arriving there was no one at the desk to help or greet me for probably 10 mins. That was strange for before 8pm.
We swam until 9 and asked several times before finally getting pool towels.
The hot tub is covered and not operable.
We registered all members staying (4 & a baby) but only got the 3 towels and 3 washcloths when arriving. We didn’t know that parking was extra cost and then learned it’s $17/day! Ouch!
For such a nice hotel, it seems that the customer service could use some improvement."
