Room was dirty and bathroom smelled bad like mildew. Was supposed that be cleaned and never was. The hot water went in and out and was completely out the whole last day of our stay. Front desk said that it would take a couple days to get someone to come out and fix it. It is so far from everything. The rooms latch on the door was broken so I didn’t feel secure. I can’t believe this place got good reviews

It was an ok stay , overnight staff really wasn’t welcome or polite guess I messed up his sleep. GM wasn’t helpful as well when it came to the issues we faced which I will disclose. Has some noisemakers on the floor we was on. Cleaning staff was loud as well did not take in concentration that all guest are not checking out.
