Dirty room, horrible wifi, no help after 10pm
Stayed there more than once and both times floor were dirty, with visible dirt on floor and sticky and sheets had stains on them. When asked to change sheet the next day, housekeepers were unwilling to do so telling me they don't get paid enough. On top of that, they have very horrible wifi, barely any cell signals, we cannot make any phone calls without steady wifi. So one night i was locked out of the room, i had no cell signals, and the office is completely closed with no one to even answer the phone...it was very frustrating and dangerous, i was out by myself around midnight, cold and could get back in. i don't know any motel or hotel that has no clerk working since 10pm at night until the next morning. It was cold outside and luckily we found a keycard that works in my car and were able to get back in. No wifi either after 10 or 11pm... it's quite ridiculous and dangerous when their hotel phone line doesn't even work. If any emergency, there's no way anyone can get help... office close, no one to answer phone, no cell signal, phone line to call out is not working... its not safe, you cannot get help if your key doesn't wirk or got locked out... Oh, they advertised there free breakfast, not true, half the time office not even open until 9 or 10am.

Wasn't crazy about this hotel. Our sink in our room was stopped up and on day two of our stay i went to use our bathroom and it started coming up in our sink. Floode our room so we had to grab our stuff and move to another room. The person at the front desk said we would be compensated for our trouble but when we went to check out the next day the man at the front desk said he could not help with that and to call back later to speak with management. When I called back i still was unable to speak with management. Sent email to hotel with still no response. I definitely will not be staying there again. Poor customer service at its best
