The staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious. Our only complaint would be that our room was located right above the front door and there were VERY noisy groups coming in well after 11pm and it did not seem that the front desk folks addressed their rowdiness as it woke us several times.

All was good except having to stand outside waiting for the front desk to return to let us in when we arrived. I understand this is a safety issue, but it was unpleasant standing out there waiting several minutes.
