Needs Maintenance
We always enjoy our time at LaQuinta Vancouver. This time there was a problem with the toilet in room 120. It ran constantly and then sprayed water all over the floor. The toilet needs to be replaced as well as the flooring from prior water dsmage. There is also a musty smell in the bathroom from prior problems. The staff were on top of the problem and fixed things enough that it did not impair our stay.

My wife and I got a room for a people with special needs, even though we didn't need it. The sink was a torn from the wall, water was leaking from under the toilet and there was always a puddle in the bathtub. There were no vanities, instead there were some strange homemade shelves. The room, bed, fridge, floor and table were good Fast and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Enough parking lots. Beautiful entrance holl
