Upon check in room smelled like cigarette smoke. There was a hair in the tub. One of our keycards deactivated twice (got it reactivated twice and then stopped trying). One night we asked the front desk for disposable untensils and the attendant was extreamly rude and acted like we were inconveniencing them. One of the days we were there one of the elevators was malfunctioning, stopping on chosen floors but not opening doors all the way to the top and then it would return to the lobby. Other patrons figured out that to get out on chosen floors you had to frantically push the open door button when the elevator stopped to open the door. This continued for the whole day until they finally decided to put the elevator out of order for the whole weekend with a full hotel. The day of checkout housekeeping tried to come in our room TWICE before checkout. The latch lock kept them out. Expected a lot more from a highly rated hotel that we paid a lot more to stay at then they normally charge due to events in the area (we chose this hotel due to proximity to one of these events). Would not recommend.

Great stay
Great stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Took a 5 minute uber to the dome for the concert. Clean and spacious room. Bar and restaurant on site also parking!
