5 stars for staff and nice breakfast turned dinner/drink place attached. location to chain restaurants is an easy walk. Very clean rooms The rooms are very small and noisy from street and walls are thin. Bring earplugs. I think proce is right but I dont think I would stay again. I would pay a but more to be closer to water (past the third ave drug/homeless issue). To walk down to attractions or office are you either have to go around the drug/homeless crowds or go through it to get to pike place, ferries etc. Otherwise you are reliant on uber/lyft taxi to take u five mins for this issue.

Very clean property and friendly staff. Right next to the convention center with lots of great restaurants around. Cheap parking right across the street ( about 1/3 of the valet parking here ). Would definitely visit again.
