The hotel is nice and the was staff-friendly. I didn't like Valet parking since I was there for work. Every time I needed to grab equipment or load/unload equipment I had to call valet to go get it. The two nights I stayed it was noisy with teenagers laughing and running around the hallways

This was a mother-daughter trip to Toronto for a concert at the Scotiabank arena and we absolutely fell in love with this hotel. Everything about it - the pool, hot tub, cleanliness, friendly and welcoming staff, proximity to the concert venue. Upon checkout we met with Concierge Oliver and had a great conversation. Thanks to Oliver, we have decided to book back again in August for two nights for another concert (and cancel our previous reservation for elsewhere). This hotel was the best experience and we cannot wait to come back.

The property is ideally located in an area close enough to the subway and streetcars, with a 24/7 convenient store right across the street. Room was as advertised, and the front desk was very professional and friendly. My do not disturb sign was not respected, however that was a minor detail in an overall great experience.
