This is one of the top three hotel experiences I've had in my life. The hotel occupies the top 10 (or so) floors of a skyscraper and has dramatic views in either direction, but particularly to the south. I've traveled since age 6 (I'm 61) and have visited every continent but Antarctica. Service, cleanliness and professionalism is characteristically Japanese (superb), but this is a truly distinctive property.

Clean, tidy, vibrant rooms. Stunning views of the city with tall windows- Beautiful whether rain, hail or shine. The hotel is definitely a class above many others. It would be nicer if there were more larger department stores/shopping options around. Decent food around, but if you want more action, a train trip is required.
