Beautiful property with outstanding service. Amenities are gorgeous—nice rooms, outstanding bathrooms/showers, comfy beds and linens, cozy tea room on every floor with tea, coffee, ramen, drinks, snacks + daily sake tasting. We were super comfortable here and the staff is exceptional.

Loved every minute. Everyone was great and really liked the lounges and breakfast onigiri and miso to help me get out the door. The evening entertainment was a fun experience! The snacks in the lounge including beer and drinks were great when we wanted a late night snack. Insensitive was amazing especially after a long day to recharge my tired body. We will rerun. We had a wonderful time. Everything was just perfect great job to all the staff!!!
Very nice hotel, excellent location. The beds are not very comfortable. The staff is very friendly, but housekeeping has to work on being more detailed oriented, they forgot to replace amenities, tea, water, etc everyday of our stay
