Location can’t be beat for the price! Rooms bigger than APA-type hotels and many others I have stayed in Tokyo but of course smaller than US hotel rooms. Liked hotel so much we booked again for our return to Tokyo prior to home flight. Has washer/dryer but only one for entire hotel so I was never able to use it. Instead, went to Laundromat 10’ away, still fine.
