Super cute “hotel” nothing fancy. But the PARKING is RIDICULOUS. We ended up having to park out on the road. The parking was a complete joke. They obviously don’t have enough parking places for the amount of reservations they take. Very frustrating.
It was clean and cute and the location was good. They could use a sign out on the road showing where the place is.
Seasonal staff from Malaysia were excellent, much better than typical hotel front desk. Facility wise, it’s basically a Motel 6 in a prime location, old carpet, uncomfortable mattress, tight bathroom. Can’t sit on the toilet without hitting your arm on the toilet paper holder.
Staff was great especially the front desk person when we checked out this morning. He made our day!!!
The view and the price
Great location right on the mountain and only a few steps from the patio to the hiking trail up the mountain.
Ptarmigan Inn was clean, modern, and had very friendly staff. The rooms were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.
Could not be any closer to the area. Cute, little boutique type hotel. Our room had a king size bed and that was about all that would ever fit in there, so room was a little small but we did not spend much time in the room so, whatever. Nice place, sort of pricey but would certainly stay there again.
