Wonderful staff. Easy check in and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. Our room is amazing. We will definitely stay here again.
The staff was excellent and helpful. The property itself is dated. The main doors are heavy and impossible to open with luggage. They are not sliding doors. The rooms were clean but dated. The phone was from the 80’s and didn’t work. There we limited plugs/USB accessible. The fixtures were dated. It’s a beautiful property though but for the amount per night we expect updates.
The front desk guy was terrible and treated us like he is doing a favor to us by letting us stay there never gona stay at Omni ever again terrible service

Extremely friendly front desk staff. I am a repeat guest at this facility primarily because of the staff. The hotel can use some updating: HVAC and plumbing.
I was a bit upset when we arrived for our reservation and was told another 2 hours. Was told they were still cleaning then told there is a maintenance looking at TV
Close to home for remodel
Came out to Colorado for a weekend getaway and this hotel was awesome. Nice and clean with all the amenities you can expect from a good hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel just had a nice vibe to it. Also if you’re a walking kind or exercise person, than you have to walk around the streets right by the hotel. Beautifully manicured and lush green parks with ducks and a lake are a 5 minute walk away. Felt great taking a nice walk in a beautiful area. This place has my two thumbs up

Two pools to choose from, as well as a hot tub. There was also a craft brewery on site with light pub fare.
We stayed during the week, and it was a very quiet and relaxing stay. Great area to walk in the evening, and food options off-site are close with an easy, no traffic drive. Make sure you sign up to have the loyalty program as you get free drinks and internet. No issues during our stay.
Hotel was nice. staff was nice and accommodating. pool was dirty, bed seemed old. and coffee shop closed at 11:00.
