The property is in an excellent location but it hasn’t been renovated in YEARS and it seems there is too few staff—they work extremely hard but are lacking the manpower. The pool is cold and the hot tub was green. They need to put money into renovating this property.

Front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. The breakfast was good and attendant was also wry polite and helpful. The room was old, run down, dirty and had an unpleasant odor. The location was perfect. From the outside, the hotel looks beautiful. However, once inside, it was extremely disappointing.
Room wasn't clean and food at restaurant was very poor.

The bathroom was dirty, a lot of mold in tiles. One bar of soap to share between shower and sink. The hotel is noisy. I could go on.
Just ok needs cleaning. Maybe getting ready for the winter guests.
The location was great, staff was friendly, but the facility condition was unacceptable. The place is filthy and extremely run down, which was very disappointing.
Check in super easy. Staff was nice. Basic accommodations. Could use an update. Great location, across the street from WP. Rest/Bar closed Sun & Mon and when open closed at 9:00. Hot tubs were kind of disgusting. Very limited breakfast. Dog waste all over property. Limited parking.
Blinds were torn, carpet had holes, upholstery was torn, hair dryer did not work etc. Previous reviews have said it is being upgraded but it does not look like anything has been done. The facility needs a major overhaul.

Bed was very hard an uncomfortable, walls are paper thin, no sleep due to people next door. Never will stay there again.
