I did like the property. It is downtown and there is lots to do downtown. You can walk to everything you need; restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, the convention center. I would have given a higher rating, however the young lady who worked at the desk on the Saturday I checked out was unusually rude and dismissive. Of all the years I have stayed with Hilton, I have never received such treatment.

Extremely thin walls. Loud parties in multiple rooms. Doors slamming, people screaming in hallways, people having loud sex. I called the front desk three times & no change. Sink drips and I took a shower in ankle deep water. Unacceptable!

Location was great. Late night food wasn’t bad. Staff friendly. As for the room….liked that it had microwave and fridge and updated shower. But. The shower drain was slow and the water pooled almost overflowing. There wasn’t really anywhere to hang towels. We had a missing wall mirror across from closet. The carpeting could’ve been cleaned better- there were white crusty globs in a couple spots and red stain in another area. The pool was quite cold for an indoor pool.

Hotel was super convenient for the beer summit staff was very nice and welcoming. We had a room on the 4th floor hallway smelt like weed the first day. Also there ac/ heat didnt work till I texted them. Once I did they fixed it remotely immediately. Building could use some updating.Over all a good stay will definitely book there next year.
