We booked an oceanfront room and were given a partial beach view room. Front desk staff told us to call our agent. Agent refunded the difference. Pool was closed. Amenities were less than 4 yrs ago. Mother's day brunch was &70 a person. We did not get it. Regular restaurant took too long to take order, serve food and gives the bill.

Good Night's rest!
The Allegria has quiet floors! this is genius, as we were there to get some rest before and after an (off site) event. I would give top marks if it weren't for the cold showers. For some reason the shower water would not get hot, no matter how long we ran it or how we changed the temp on the knob. but the bed and pillows were great and it was super quiet which we needed! Staff was friendly and accommodating

First room that he did not work there was a sheet covering the couch kitchen cushion then the bed the sheets were stained absolutely terrible, and disgusting. The second room is a little bit better, but there are no hand towels or washcloth then there were stains on the sheets and bed and pillows very uncomfortable
