This is an older property and could definitely use a remodel and uograde in rooms. The bathroom and furniture is dated and uncomfortable. Ant problem in shower area. Mattress is uncomfortable and hot water is limited. You are in a great location walking distance to many amazing restaurants. You are paying for location - not hotel amenities.
