I liked that the area was very clean, diverse food options, salt water pool, multiple swimming pools, a big beach area, and guest activities. I also liked staff was really supportive with most requests. I did not like that once the pool workout activity ended, there was no more music; it kind of killed the vibe.

The views were amazing! They only give you one key for the room- that needs to improve. Food and drinks were okay but food needs somehow improvement in flavor. Only one meal from my 6 meals tasted great. The other ones need it a lot of flavor.

The resort is nice but definitely need to be remodeled. The buffet food was okay and it was not easy to reserve a restaurant bc you have to be up extra early like 6am or 7am to reserve your time for food everyday. I went with my partner and they couldn’t reserve a two seat for us because it was “full” so we ate the same thing the entire stay. The events and ambience is very nice and they make your experience fun. I would recommend for two days thats all if you want a all inclusive in El Salvador.

The property structure is outdated and certain areas not kept up with basic maintenance (paint on buildings and poles). Decor needs to get updated. Staff and food was excellent!
