It was a great stay except the bar was closed due to renovations. They let me check in early which was a plus. I’d stay again

Elevator not working, very noisy property located next to very busy roads. Honking all night long, kept me up all night even on 10th floor. Staff was excellent, cleanliness good. One suggestion, at the breakfast buffet please have more than a single thermos of regular coffee. Even though staff was good about replacing, coffee runs out frequently.
Easy walk to bars and restaurants. On the river with great views. Lobby could use updating.

We loved the hotel itself. Very clean. Staff was awesome. Breakfast was excellent. But the parking was horrendous, Parking was at least a 1/2 mile away in very heavy traffic. The valet guys were great though, we loved them.
Excellent hotel for the stay
Small room, luggage in our way, noisy from outside, air conditioner, hallway, refrigerator, and random sounds in the hotel. We had to take the stairs with our luggage because one elevator wasn’t working and the other was continuously filled. I saw 2 homeless encampments across the street from the hotel.
It is perfect for the accommodation. If needing a good place to rest in Miami, at the economy rate this is better than that. Wish it had its own bar, but there is one next door. Parking is available but ask about it. The valet is nearly double of public parking across the way, but valet is one charge for leaving and re-entry, public parking charge is with no reentry.
