Staff was knowledgeable on local attractions and dining recommendations. It was easy to get Ubers and tour pick ups. The beach is across the st. One of the restaurants is being renovated.

Perfect spot 10 minutes away from San Juan it’s very overcrowded down there so if you just wanna get away from all the hustle and bustle this is the perfect place- the balconies with the ocean front views is very small the side that has a few big balconies are Mountain View’s our balcony was pretty big- just so you know your ocean view will not be big at all -they do not emphasize that on the booking -other than that the hotel is beautiful and very nice to stay -it’s more of a boutique hotel great designs inside

I checked in and checked right out. Dirty, run down, smelly motel vibes! Paid extra for a balcony which was a slab of concrete with the paint peeling. No chairs and u could easily jump over to the next room! The sheets were stiff and smelt of STRONG bleach! Dimly lit room, old hallway carpet, and the elevator is tiny through a narrow hallway. As a solo female traveler I did not feel safe staying here! I always was charged a daily resort fee and was not refunded even tho I didn’t stay here! EXTREMELY disappointed to say the least! This is a 2 star motel at best! I could also hear everyone in their rooms as I’m walking down the hallway. Would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. Waste of money!!!
