Beware they change you hotel! booked the OLV hotel for 723$, at check in I was changed to another “sister” hotel I had to walk to. Small room, small bathroom. Not what was sold to me on the Orbitz website. I checked the hotel rooms run for 200$ less. I requested to talk to the manager and was denied. They told me,(Claridad) that manager said, if I wanted a refund, I must pick my bags and leave tge property! I have never in my life been treated so disrespectful. Very sad.
The hotel is overrated. The furniture in the rooms are filthy, and with so much condensation the floors are a fall hazard. Poor quality Wi-Fi and we’re charged $5 for utensils for our room service order. We could never reach the front desk even prior to check in to set up special in room services. The staff was very lackadaisical. This anniversary stay was very disappointing.
The first room did have working AC. My gf fell in the room because the AC was dripping in the second room. I was charged $150 to cancel a $550 reservation when I tried to cancel the day before. I scheduled a massage and I said I need one male masseuse and one female masseuse they sent me two male masseuse. The food wasn’t all that great
Very clean, beautiful property. The staff was the best.
