The hotel was clean and nice. The room was on the smaller side but it was nice. The problem with this hotel is that there is NO grass for pets. They have rock and water tolerant landscape. With the heat, that was hard on our pups paws. We found that across the street is the PayPal campus and they have nice green lawns and big areas with minimal traffic.
Didn’t have regular coffee in the room, only decaf. Also when I went to check out I couldn’t wake up the front desk clerk who was sleeping behind the desk. I had to. All the hotel 3 times and the ringer finally woke him up.
Staff was friendly and very accommodating with last minute requests. Very close to light rail and the airport. Complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day.
Solid booking. Convenient and close to everything. Great breakfast.
What we like was the staff and room and breakfast. What we didn’t like was pool was not available even though they let us go across to Holiday Inn Pool was a bit of inconvenience. Also the parking lot had a lot of trash and they did not have a friendly grass area for dogs .
Close to SJC Airport, shuttle service availability, breakfast included, water, drinks and some comfort food available for free, courteous staff and close to a lot of major establishments in San Jose.

Small bathroom sink with anemic water pressure. Breakfast is a disaster but where isn't it nowadays. It's clean and nice but not worth the money.
